I'm Sara (German) married to Jurre (Dutch) living in Columbus (OHIO, USA) with our 2 adopted kitties CAStiel (US) & Finn (US), yes, they only speak american meow ;)

I started cosplaying when I was just able to walk. Well, I didn't call it cosplay back then though. Let me explain. We have that huge medieval festival in my hometown. This is what my city/town lives and breathes for. So obviously you end up in a costume sooner (like me) or later ;) . However you are not really allowed to call it costume as most of the stuff was kept as authentic as possible and they were proud of their Gewand / Gewänder (more like gown I guess). And because I'm easily distracted I did everything else but study during Uni. I played Softball for most of the week and the rest I was making costumes and selling them on Ebay. More for space reasons than money reasons. I just didn't have the space to keep them all lol.

So when I moved to the US, I kind of discovered the cosplay scene and finally in 2013 I went to my first convention in Atlanta, Dragoncon <3

I started a cosplay channel on youtube.com/Saraparker that I will be updating regularly with costume updates, cosplay reviews and more :D
